The Experience at The Raw Bar
The Raw Bar is a unique culinary experience in Downtown St. Cloud. Opening in 2013 as a sandwich shop that offered fresh Florida seafood and mouth watering Prime Rib on Friday Nights! Our modern Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar opened in 2021 with the Oyster Bar as the focal point and we transitioned from just sandwiches to offering dinner and seafood options as well. The menu is created with Fresh Seafood in mind, with inspiration drawn from local seafood, seasonal ingredients, and personal experiences. We also have our comfort food section for those that don't enjoy seafood but want a meal that tastes like it came out of your grandmas kitchen!
Attached to our restaurant you will find our 110 person wedding venue. Here you can celebrate anything from birthdays, weddings, business gatherings, baby showers, bridal showers, really anything you can think of celebrating we can bring your event to LIFE!
We are a full service venue, meaning all you have to do is SHOW UP and we handle the rest! In house we provide all your food, bar, decor, florals, set up, break down, planning services and coordination! We work with a great group of DJs and Photographers as well to keep your day running smoothly!

A True Family Affair
The head chef of The Raw Bar is none other then Angie herself, when she's in the kitchen chances are she will be throwing out a special that has never seen the menu, and if your a regular you are pretty familiar with the "secret" menu that will bring your taste buds forever wanting more! At any given time you will find one of Angie's kids running some part of the restaurant, wether they are in the kitchen replicating moms recipes, behind the bar competing for who can shuck a bucket the fastest, or setting up for the next bride to walk down the aisle! Now what's a seafood restaurant without someone with great knowledge in ALL THINGS SEAFOOD, and that is were Angie's husband Butch comes into play. Growing up on the water and pulling traps off a crab boat with his dad's best friend Butch comes with all the knowledge to source the best and freshest seafood around! When he isn't building a prop for an upcoming event or helping out at the restaurant you can find him in the local lakes!
